Omega 3 and Skin Health – Key to Glowing Complexion
Posted by admin in Skin Health on October 2, 2011
Who doesn’t want youthful, radiant and glowing skin? Who wants sagging purple pouches under their eyes? Don’t we all want long, shiny, lustrous tresses which would cause heads to turn? And how many of us haven’t spent thousands of dollars on worthless products that promised us our dreams but only resulted in little less than frustration and low self-esteem?
The simplest solution to all these worries – Omega 3, and skin health is yours!
Omega 3 containsDHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid).

This is where Omega 3 comes in and skin health related issues are resolved: enriched with all the benefits of the fatty acids it can easily combat inflammation.
Also with an increased intake of omega 3 we can deal with nail and hair problems because it is the basic ingredient of sebum. Now what is sebum?
